I recently moved. I paid by paypal and even though I had updated my primary address it pulled my old address and I didn't catch it until I put through the order. But I did notice right after putting in the order. I emailed Mikolo within 10 minutes and reached out via the website. The order was put through on Saturday. I also called Monday morning before anything shipped. They said they would update the address. Then things started shipping to my old address. I called again, they again said they would take care of it. More stuff shipped to my old address. I called the next day, again they said they would take care of it. It's been 2 weeks and I have spoken to customer service 7 times at this point, I don't have any equipment, it hasn't been reshipped to my new address, and I haven't had any refunds. I was excited for the equipment but this customer service is the worst I've ever received in my life and at this point it potentially seems to be some sort of scam.
