After ordering the item, I received several messages asking me to confirm that the hole on my rack was a 1 inch hole. I immediately responded and took pictures but they kept sending me the same reply without sending me the product that I ordered and paid for. I called and left a message with no response back and then received the same response about insuring my home was 1 inch. Finally after 3 times and close to 20-30 days later, they wrote back they got my information and sent the item.
