First my purchase was sent to the wrong address, which i understand was not a mikolo error, that was on fedex. But then the replacement that I received was send with the wrong lat pulldown attachment and a defective safety pin. Still waiting to hear back from customer service about a resolution as I reported this to them about a week ago. Would be a 5 star rating if i received the correct lat pulldown. The rack is super solid and I'm really impressed by the quality. It's a huge upgrade compared to what i had before, just wish I could finish putting it together so I could get my gym back in order.
