I am writing regarding my order #ZAYDN237136, ordered on 5th February 2026.
I originally ordered SUAVE Checkers Black (UK9 – EU43), but I received the wrong colour (Grey) on 12th February 2026. Due to this issue, I raised an exchange request on 13th February 2026, which was approved.
The delivery partner picked up the sneakers on 14th February 2026. However, I have not yet received the exchanged product.
