I recently purchased these shoes, and while the quality is good, the after-sales service is extremely disappointing. I ordered size 7, which usually fits me, but needed size 8 this time. Although I accepted that returns may not be allowed, my exchange request was also denied. Now my money is blocked, and I cannot even wear the shoes. Very poor customer service. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand.

I purchased Zayden sneakers in used condition, but Iβm honestly disappointed. The shoes were more worn out than expected. The sole is already losing grip and feels weak while walking. The cushioning is almost gone, so they are not comfortable for long use. There are visible creases and stitching looks loose in some areas. For the price paid, the quality does not feel worth it. I would not recommend buying used Zayden sneakers unless you get them at a very low price.β
