Stitches were off. Worst fitting. I do wear sneakers and I know my size it's 10 but here when I ordered,shoes come off whenever I walk..I tried to reach customer care it was unreachable..on mail they say pay 200 extra for exchange..How can we virtually guess ur size from online mode ..very bad service.. keeping phone number unreachable shows how afraid you are to confront a customer. Very disappointed by service and fit . I just liked the Design but should have checked the customer service first

I ordered another pair separately, but the quality is not good. The product images do not accurately represent what I actually received. Additionally, I still have not received this shipment despite multiple follow-ups. I requested a refund, but there has been no update so far.
