I ordered this bag on April 14th. The laptop compartment press studs click shut but come loose far too easily - not worth the price. I reported this on April 16th but received no response, while promotional emails keep coming. Now they ask for a review - well, here it is. Completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering again.
