The first tote bag I received had visible loose threads and felt poorly finished. I have to say, the customer service was very quick and responsive, and they sent me a replacement without any issues.
It’s a bit disappointing that the second bag was shipped via regular post instead of DPD, so the delivery took longer. The replacement is slightly better in terms of quality, but it’s still not perfect and doesn’t feel worth the price.
Overall, I’d rate it 3 out of 5.
