The product is not fully as described, for example, in the user handler it stated that it has more head pieces to be put on the IPL, but only the SR head was there, the other items has no place in the box even, also, the shaver that comes with the IPL stated that the package contains 5 blades, but only the shaver was there. The IPL itself is good so far, except for the cooling feature which is not so good, I don't feel the cold air that should be coming out, I can feel some air, but not cool.
