As I previously just explained, I am a new customer to this company. I am a middle-aged woman who buys things for aging purposes. I decided to buy a product for my son and unbeknownst to me. I did not know nor was it disclaimed that I was not able to use the product on him and he is not able to be exposed to sunlight which for a teenager is extremelyunrealistic so I was gone while I received the package and I initiated a return only a few days after the window. And I was denied a return
