I had been considering making a purchase for several months. Price was too high for me. But during a promotion I reconsidered. I bought a pkg of 3 devices. I had questions about each one & the customer service gal was quick to respond & patient & friendly. I will say 14 days is not much of a return policy. Most places offer 30 or 60. With products such as these, you will not notice any significant changes in such a short period of time. Even if you use daily for max time. Not good business.
