I was really excited to find your products for a DIY wall I’m doing. There are hardly any other good toile stencils out there and was happy to find one on a Black Friday deal. It was disheartening to pay what felt like a wasted shipping fee because it took five days to ship and was then lost in the mail for ten days. Ultimately, I ended up with no product at all and sort of felt that my ship date inquiry was brushed off when I reached out about it. I think you’ve got great products but my experience has been deflating.
