I have waited on a response to the 4 emails I have sent attempting to discuss an additional $136 charge I received when I made a purchase on the website. I also called the company 3 times and only received a text telling me to send an email. This is very disappointing as the canvas is wonderful but I don't know that I can do further business with a company that does not respond to my concerns.

I ordered 3 different pictures in one order. First was delivered within 3 weeks which was fine. The other two werenāt delivered until I contacted customer service. It took a couple weeks more for the second picture to arrive then over a week for the Christmas one to arrive. I like all 3 just took longer than expected to arrive.
