The canvas I received was very disappointing. The product photos made the artwork appear textured + professionally painted, but what arrived looked like a low-res, pixelated print on canvas. The quality was nowhere near what I expected based on the advertising.
I contacted customer service and have sent two follow-up emails, but I have yet to receive a meaningful response or resolution. I gave the company the opportunity to make this right and I will be filing a complaint and expect a refund.
