I was able to track my order so I never questioned where my items were. My smaller items were delivered quickly, within 5-7 days. The blanket took almost 2 weeks, but I also ordered it just before Christmas so that was my bad. All of the items were well made and my husband loved them. I'll definitely order more from here.
