was really excited to try these CloudSlides because they looked comfortable and trendy. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. was surprised how hard they were . I was expecting soft & instantly comfortable based on the reviews. The 3 steps they tell you to do: soak in hot water 20mn, leave sit overnight, wear in shower once, did nothing.
Them trying to return them was a nightmare. Have to pay shipping to return them & customer service kept trying to talk me into purchasing yet another pair at a discounted rate. I finally returned them on my own with no help from customer service. Waiting for my refund to show up
