I had difficulty logging onto the website because it stated I was using a vpn which I was not. Then when I wanted to return them due to a poor fit, I was offered another size when this wasn’t the issue. I had to repeatedly ask for a refund to which the first two responses were to offer another pair (at a discount!). Finally, I was told I could either ship them back at my cost (which would have been pricey given that I had ordered 3 pair) or keep them and receive a 50% refund. I opted for the 50%

This last order was delayed because of a postal strike in Canada. Your company made no effort to redirect my order via an alternate courier. Many companies were changing delivery methods; however, your company just left customers waiting and waiting. This was very poor customer service on your part. I emailed several times regarding my order, but you chose to just leave my order stuck. I wonder what you would have done if the strike lasted for months. Poor customer service.

The company overcharged for shipping even though they advertised free shipping (which was taken after placing order and no way to take it off). The product was inferior to other brands crucially even though following preparation instructions they are hard underfoot and NOT like walking in ‘clouds’. They also took a long time to arrive and at the very edge of their shipping time-span. I would not recommend.
