You need to deliver the products that were ordered - at least within a month of ordering. But even at a stretch beyond that, you must deliver the products!! This is simply ridiculous to not ever receive a delivery after asking several times for updates over a month and a half. It is supposedly in the USA but no specific information on where in the US the shipment is - just keep going to some unknown new processing center. Horrible !!
