It took almost a full month for me to receive my product. I sent several emails about when the product would ship but no one ever responded. It scared me to think that my money was just taken, but I eventually received my product when I began to dispute payment. Iām just happy I received it and I hope this is resolved in the future because itās really bothersome when a seller ignores your outreach.

Shopping experience quite dismal . Order made December 2024 not yet received March 29th, 2025. Managed to get the service to despatch the item after several emails . (With no direct response from customer care, by the way ). My sigh of relief has now turned to anguish again as tracking message has remain unchanged with no progress since the 18th of March 2025. So Iām still awaiting the items for which I paid $70 for since December 2024.
So yes quite the ghastly shopping experience

Takes too long to ship. I asked their customer service to help me get some understanding on when it'll ship. It was very nonchalant, as if I didn't put the order in 4 days or so ago. My name was also misspelled somehow when the representative got back to me. Poor taste and won't be ordering again due to lack of transparency and simple copy/pasting your customer's name to avoid misspelling. Im huge on proactive communication and empathy as someone who has a career in Account Management.

I will never purchase again. It took 2 months to ship. I sent nine mails with no response. Then months later a got a notification that the soap wasnāt on its way. The soap was discolored & the herbs on top were brown. Iāve ordered the same soap before and it never looked this bad. I threw it away because I was afraid to use it. Iāll never order again!
