Ordered at the end of November. Had not received it after 2 weeks. Emailed the company numerous times with no response. Called the phone number listed on the website and it does not work. It is a fake. I continued to email with no response. I paid using Afterpay and filed a complaint with them. I also stopped the final payments to Afterpay to ensure they investigated. I went to the company’s social media page and posted. They deleted my post. I sent them a FB message. They eventually responded asking about my order number. I never heard from them after that. I posted on their FB page again and they deleted my post again. Two weeks later, I finally received my purchase and it was ill packaged. I would not order from this company again nor would I use their products for fear they might be tainted after trying to reach out to them so many times and filing complaints. Too many red flags.

Somehow I got my order placed on hold by accident which is fine however I emailed, sent a message on messenger, left a voicemail and nobody got back to me. Finally I commented on a public social media post and they finally got back to me and shipped pretty quick. I know accidents happen but it's not okay to completely ignore customer inquiries especially when it's for something they paid for. Due to customer service I would not use this company again

This page is a scam, do not buy!!! I placed my order October 12th. On October 30th, I reached out to customer service to see if it had shipped yet - no reply. I sent a message to their Facebook page - no reply. On November 17th I suddenly got an email that my order would be shipping soon, however 10 days later it still just shows that a shipping label was created, but usps has yet to receive the package. I'm usually pretty good at not falling for scams, but I just so badly wanted this product to be real :(
