Sad to say I am disappointed. Took me a couple of days to figure out how to get them to work. In the end I found I had to charge the battery first (unlike other appliances they did not work just by being plugged in) then once charged, I had to unplug, they would not turn on while being plugged in). Some mention of this in the instructions would have been helpful. But now I have another problem with the zip uncoupling after two uses. My requests for help have been left unanswered for days.
