Hi,
The item works very well for my plantar fasciitis; however, I’m concerned about the battery performance. The machine only runs for around 10 minutes before the battery becomes low and needs recharging every time.
Could you please advise whether this is normal or if there may be a fault with the roller? As the item is new and cost me $200, I would appreciate it if management could look into this and assist me.
