I still have not received my struts. Very annoying. I need to know where they are. Purchased on 17th January, paying in 3 payments through Klarna. The shipping method is 48-hour tracked. It was confirmed on 28th January (no, it’s not).
25th January, I emailed to find out where they were. All I have is the email received with a ref number
Royal Mail has a tracking number
On 9th February, I sent a new email asking where my Emerald Struts are, and I got the same response return email
Where are they? Heading into the end of February with nothing. So I informed Klarna to stop my last 2 payments until I see them. If not, I will cancel my order and get my first (£33) back.
So unprofessional.
