Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order quite some time ago and still have not received my item. The tracking has shown little to no progress, and there has been no clear communication or update on when I can expect delivery.
I have emailed a couple of times to try and resolve this and have received no response at all. The lack of communication and overall service has been really poor.

A 5wk delay from purchase to delivery. Not experienced this before with E. S. Originally stated “in stock” so think that might. Ot be true. Eventually e-mails advised a delivery but that took another 11 days. Disappointed as needed to pass my MOT so hopefully a one-off blip as prev. always great service. Thanks for the product.
