Shipping was delayed which was frustrating. This was advertised on the website but not via direct communication.

Rubbish not based in uk been waiting over 6 weeks and still no sign . Going to request my money back from eBay. Absolute shower of shit. Next day dispatch is a total lie. And customer service is nonexistent.

My order is not coming

We placed a order on the 18th May and still haven’t received the product or had any reply to multiple emails and messages. I don’t wouldn’t use them again or recommend them

Well after ordering them and waitin weeks for them to come i cancelked order and got refund then reordered them and they came within a week or two but im glad I reordered them there great

Be more communicative with your customers

Paid for next day delivery but it took months to arrive. Emailed, Whatsapped but had zero response.

I bought my boot struts for my focus RS and my ST they were completely fine

Easy but service disappointed

It’s shame it took my item 2.5 months to arrive in post. I emailed about it but never got a response from Emerald which is quite poor. The items are nicely made though but they need to improve on customer service and answering emails.

False Advertisement regarding ‘stock’ and ‘delivery dates’ BEWARE!! Actual average delivery times 3/4 months minimum!!

Terrible communication and delivery took almost 5 weeks. No response from emails or WhatsApp messages. Would not use them again. Additionally, there was no way to contact them by phone.

Would want some sort of apology or part refund for the 7 and a half weeks it took from my order being placed to get to me. Product is fab, service was below par and no updates saying there’s a delay. I had 1 email in the 6th May saying the items are going to be shipped out that weekend. This was false. Bare this in mind when you make an order with emerald struts.

The product is very good,premium packagng,it has everything inside that needs to be fitted.The only problem was that I was waiting to receive it,almost 2 months,and I had a very bad impression with company’s communication after sending several e-mails with not at all answering them from company. You should be more careful with this,because the product is brilliant and it does’t deserve to have bad reviews only for communication problems.Thank you!

Waited too long for product

The product from Emerald Struts is fantastic and the quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the ordering process was poor. I waited almost two months for delivery and received very little communication throughout. Attempts to contact the company often went unanswered, leaving me unsure about my order's status. The experience was so frustrating that I nearly cancelled the order. Thankfully, the product was worth the wait, but customer communication and order updates need significant improvement.

Never received the item I’ve ordered.

Very poor customer service. Items ordered on 5 April 2026 and didn’t arrive until June 2026. My communications to you were completely ignored - emails / messages / live chat. And you only sent me one email in response. Sorry, but that is extremely poor.
