Utter crap

This company is a SCAM. AVOID.

Order came over a month later, customer service does not respond at all via email not even on the whatsapp that they give from the site. Product worked okay but Im extremely disappointed will not buy from here again. Stay away.

Order hasn’t arrived and no communication

I placed an order on February 21st, and as of March 29th, it still hasn’t arrived. This delay is extremely long and unacceptable. I’m very disappointed with the service and lack of delivery.

Poor communication

Unprofessional and false advertisement. If a company has to shut they should inform all clientele first and suspend orders instead of accepting and not delivering with promises. No communication at all with this company as they do not reply no matter how many times you try but quickly respond when bank tries to return the money to the customer

Total rubbish service no sign of product even after chasing

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my struts. No one will answer my emails either Shit company customer service

Ordered over a month ago, got an email stating that its been shipped via 24h delivery, never turned up, no tracking info, messaged multiple times enquiring about it, no reply, just many emails flooding my inbox about your products, and many emails asking me "how I liked my product" id like an update on whats actually going on or a refund please, if its delayed a courtesy email letting me know would go a long way.

Order still not arrived after 2 months however i’m getting emails asking to review a product i dont even have, stay away from this company, they will take your money and give you nothing also no way to contact
