The brownies were really nice, but the overall experience was disappointing. I ordered them as a birthday gift for a friend, but the delivery driver didn’t follow the instructions and failed to deliver — even though someone was at the property. I had to call customer service twice to get it sorted, and they eventually said they could only deliver to a post office. On top of that, the message I wrote for the card wasn’t included properly — only the “to” and “from” appeared. It was a frustrating!
