Bought for nieces birthday she really enjoyed them. however when I ordered them I realised that I had put my address for delivery and tried to contact chummys to change the address via phone and email rang 3 times left messages and emailed a few times. I still haven't had an acknowledgement a month on so not happy at their customer services. I know its my mistake but an acknowledgement that they received the message would have been nice.
