Everything came quick and easy to put together and stash items I'm not using that day. Much easier than a stand alone fenced cage. I don't always plan on standing near the safe cage place. Others may be with me and we may move around due to this Pop n Go tent! The gazebo top works well for a zillion reasons if we dont take umbrellas! TY

The products are actually fine. It is the customer service and lack of communication that is horrible. I never received tracking, when I inquired, twice, about when I could expect my items I was ignored. The only way they would finally respond to me was when I disputed the charge. Not a trust worthy company.

I didn’t receive any emails saying the order was actually confirmed with the order info, and I also didn’t receive a shipping confirmation. This may be because I unsubscribed from marketing emails after I was added to their welcome sequence, but I don’t think I should have to receive repeated unwanted emails to know when my item is coming.

Great product. Shipping a bit of a question. First received the canopy after a medium wait. Several weeks later the pop up tent. Then 2 weeks after that the pad for the tent. It wouldn't have changed my order but would have appreciated a heads up on shipping in general. Had anticipated everything all together in a quicker time frame.
