The products are actually fine. It is the customer service and lack of communication that is horrible. I never received tracking, when I inquired, twice, about when I could expect my items I was ignored. The only way they would finally respond to me was when I disputed the charge. Not a trust worthy company.

I didn’t receive any emails saying the order was actually confirmed with the order info, and I also didn’t receive a shipping confirmation. This may be because I unsubscribed from marketing emails after I was added to their welcome sequence, but I don’t think I should have to receive repeated unwanted emails to know when my item is coming.

Great product. Shipping a bit of a question. First received the canopy after a medium wait. Several weeks later the pop up tent. Then 2 weeks after that the pad for the tent. Initially had very a positive experience and very fast responsiveness when contacting customer service regarding returning the original mat and exchanging it for the new version. However, upon making the return and ordering the new one I have yet to receive the refund or the new item despite being charged. Very disappointed as now the multiple emails and attempts to contact the customer support have gone un answered.
