Initially had very a positive experience and very fast responsiveness when contacting customer service regarding returning the original mat and exchanging it for the new version. However, upon making the return and ordering the new one I have yet to receive the refund or the new item despite being charged. Very disappointed as now the multiple emails and attempts to contact the customer support have gone un answered.
