Mona, who I first messaged with when my order was lost, was very nice and explained everything even if I don’t agree with companies installing the “shipping insurance”—its just a method to make extra money since companies bet on the fact that most packages don’t get lost. Anyway, that is not Mona’s fault. But what I am annoyed with is how long it has taken for my order to move forward after UPS had concluded its investigation over a week ago. This is not how a company gets return customers.
