They were easy to deal with. We bought one to use for our grandson, and liked it enough to buy one for his parents. It is well made, but there is always a chance that any product can have a defect. The one we bought started to rip at the seams on one side. I contacted them and they replaced it. Customer service is just as important, especially if there happens to have a defect. We are pleased and will recommend and buy in the future.
