You may want to explain to customers that once installed, the rope/cable needs to be run out and re-spooled under tension, so the rope doesn't bury itself on the drum.

When dealing with customer service, they initially told me they canceled an order. And then a couple of days later, I got a second package in the mail of the same item which I have on email saying they will cancel the order, but they didn't and charged me. Then afterwards I had to deal with back and forth emails , about having the item picked up very poor communication , very poor
