The checkout, notifications, and tracking software just don't communicate well with the customer. The site wasn't clear when items were expected to ship and email receipts took forever to get. When you go to the site, you interact with an AI bot and don't hear back from a person for a couple of days. I was starting to think it was a scam site since the price was so good. It's probably just growing pains...other than that, they were friendly and helpful.
