great customer service at the store, was told it will likely get here august 1 or 3rd. received very little communication and every time i called i was told “maybe tuesday”, “probably thursday or friday” but didn’t arrive until august 12. i would give 5 stars if i had been told it would take over two weeks to arrive as i would have made prior arrangements so as to avoid sleeping on the floor for two weeks. wish i could rate higher as all workers seem kind.

Friendly. Helpful. Accommodating staff. We ordered it online from Ottawa, and knew we’d be in Hamilton several weeks later, so we chose pickup to save the delivery fee. DirectBed emailed a special link for that. A couple weeks after it was ready, we were in town and picked it up.

Delivery took a month form order to arrival which was disappointing. What was more disappointing was the level of communication during this time. A number of inquiries were made about delivery. Responses were very unspecific, no dates or explanation offered. I could offer some empathy if there was some explanation, even if the explanation was that 'we're very busy, it's peak season, etc.'
The product has eventually arrived and seems pretty good. Pity Directbed weren't better at communicating.

Started off a little rough, lack of communication products not being available. Then I was getting a hold of people and being told I would find out a day before my delivery. My delivery happened. I received all of my products except my king pillows, which I was told would ship directly to me. Ordered April 30 tomorrow is June 1. I still haven’t received my product and I now can’t get a hold of direct bed to find out what’s going on. I’ve emailed and called them multiple times with no response
