The Company needs to explain "1 day shipping" a bit better, this does not include the preparation time etc, to have it built then it is shipped. It does not appear they keep some sizes in stock even though it is pickable on there website order page. Customer service was incredible I have to add Jesse did a fantastic job of answering my queries re: shipping etc.

They sent the wrong mattress. Ordered a 10.5" mattress and received an 8.5" mattress. They told me to let it expand for 2 days. That didn't change anything as it stayed at 8.5". I haven't heard back from them about replacing the incorrect item or refunding some money. Unfortunate they don't own up or correct their mistakes.
