I was told this bed would be comfortable for a post op knee replacement. It was the opposite of comfortable. The mattress sank so far down into the bed that the springs were felt in your back. I gave Shane the patients height, weight and requirements needed for a bed. I asked for the upgraded bed. He said he didnโt have one but the standard bed will do. It did not do. 24hrs later I called to have the bed removed, Shane didnโt even ask why, how he could help, or even what was wrong with the bed.
