It took months to get the products, and then the rear view mirror's logo was printed upside down (speaks to quality of the manufacturing). The mirror was disorienting and I found it less useful than expected. It broke trying to remove it from the mounting.

The product had some pretty long shipping delays. I ordered mine on Black Friday and got the product on March 3rd. Suma did a great job of communicating and I actually had moved during the shipping delays. I sent an email to customer service and they changed my address and I received my product to the correct address.
