The product had some pretty long shipping delays. I ordered mine on Black Friday and got the product on March 3rd. Suma did a great job of communicating and I actually had moved during the shipping delays. I sent an email to customer service and they changed my address and I received my product to the correct address.

A real lack of transparency and honesty with respect to shipping and exactly how long it takes. Over TWO MONTHS for me to get the mirrors. Had you just been upfront about it- in plain English- it wouldn’t have been an issue.
