I understand you have a policy about returns/refunds/exchanges, but having to pay a fee for an exchange after having been a customer for a very long time, was not appreciated. Then I used the return address on the website, and it was an old address so it got stopped by UPS. I had to manually track it down and provide UPS with a new address. Not a great experience.
