They make it impossible to return products. Dont buy the wrong filter size cause you gonna pay outta pocket to send back and they will only give you store credit. I would think a company thats been established for over 5 years claiming to be top of the industry would give better support. They took extremely long to give the store credit and some times I had to double email to get a response. I will be getting all of my filter needs elsewhere after this experience.
