They responded when I inquired why it made it more uncomfortable to be inside the canopy but didn’t give any reason how to fix the issue or explain why it was more uncomfortable to lay in it. They did share it is not returnable even though it does do what it claimed which was assist in sleeping peacefully and I only opened it got it and removed it right away. It is not a good product if you are sensitive.
