You don't keep customers informed of shipping problems and do not reply to the emails inquiries. It's not a good idea to do business with a company that doesn't have a customer service phone number and relies solely on emails. My experience wasn't a good one. It took 3 weeks to deliver my first order and over a month to receive the second. Your company has a serious customer service issue . I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the product is good.
