For a large amount you purchase a box. The only way to know if all pieces are included is to actually start the build. But the moment you open the box, as per terms, you loose the option for a refund. I don’t mind a few missing pieces, but at the start already 200+ missing pieces. And no chance for a refund. That is theft.
