WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Shipment arrived quickly -- but a piece contained within the first page of instructions is missing. Who knows what else is missing as we can't even begin to assemble. One month later, no part -- no estimation of arrival -- just "when it becomes available." The refund policy says you can't return if you open it -- but how do you know that the parts are missing /damaged without opening?

Advertised delivery time is intentionally misleading. You don't say 3-8 day delivery time if that isn't going to reflect time from order placement. It should definitely be clarified at latest upon entering shipping address, if not on product page; furthermore since the company is aware of holiday delays, and freely note December 5th as safe limit for Christmas delivery in response emails, this should be stated in the front page, product page, and during the ordering process before it is placed.
