The Balsamic Vinegar I ordered was available at time of placing the order, but when the order was delivered there was no vinegar in the box. I phoned the C.T. branch who only then discovered the error, saying that the product was out of stock at time of shipping. They then arranged for it to be shipped directly to me from JHB branch. Good service which could have been improved upon by informing me upfront that the vinegar was short shipped.
