Used it for a first attempt at Neapolitan style pizza. Had good rise on the cornicione. Taste on par with the local Stonemills, but this actually works out cheaper, and has decent packaging. Would definitely recommend. One oddity, the website claims a protein content of 12,5%, but I did not find that being stated on the packet itself; guess we must take their word for it - proof is in the pizza!

Caputo pizzeria does what it says on the can (paper bag 😊) perhaps better than anyone else. The dough is so good and smooth that the process is almost therapeutic! Also, it can be left in the fridge longer than prescribed (easily do up to 48 hours. No discernible benefit though but useful if you postpone the bake).

This rice is fabulous, I used it to make a Moroccan dish and I used the whole box for 8 of us to eat. I soaked the rice for an hour and then cooked it for 10mins and let it stand for 10 mins. I have never used a product as good as this and will definitely be back to buy more. Highly recommend it and it tastes magnificent.

All I can say is this is by far the best pizza to have in your freezer for those lazy nights when you don't feel like cooking! It taste freshly out of a wood fired pizza oven, but for you it is only 8 minutes in a normal oven. This time I added chillies and capers - delicious!

These tomatoes are wonderful! Here is a bean stew made with a basic tomato sauce base: intense, sharp, full, delicious tomato. Having run out of the San Marzano I just tried the same recipe with ‘regular’ Italian tinned tomatoes….no comparison. All credit to the San Marzano!

The bases work extremely well!
Pre-bake them for a short period before adding the toppings, and it works perfectly.
My only suggestion would be to increase the size of the thin plastic sheets separating the bases in the packaging to ensure that bases are completely separated and do not touch each other at all.

We tried your recipe for Spaghetti Arrabbiata di Mare using your Sgambaro Spaghettini (our favourite pasta) instead of the Spaghetti, and the Polli Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce instead of the Polli spicy tomato sauce. It was magnificent! So much so that right away we bought a 12 bottle tray of the Polli Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce that we continue to enjoy.
