The customer service was on the ball and very responsive but the fact that I had to reach out to them was a bit disappointing. I spent quite a bit of money and in return expect quality assurance for my items to be top notch, unfortunately I received the wrong flour packets and a lot of the cans of tomato were badly banged up.
