The delivery of this item was full of problems. First the delivery company claimed they attempted delivery but I was home the whole day and did not see a collection card anywhere. They took it to a depot far away which is not practical for collection with a newborn. I emailed to ask for assistance and the response showed my email had not been read properly. Eventually the item was delivered over three weeks after I ordered it and I no longer needed it.

I waited forever to recieve the pumps by which time my baby was already born and I needed to purchase another pump from the chemist to help ease the engorgement phase. What is most disappointing is the $80 chemist pump managed to get more milk than these ones. Same flange size and all. They feel more sturdy and fit nicely into a bra, but I'll take output over aesthetic.

I had the worst customer service experience ever. I ordered the Luna breast pump with express shipping because I urgently needed it to support my milk production. Despite paying an extra $20 for express delivery, I only received the pump more than 16 days later, after having to follow up multiple times. They didn’t even refund the express shipping fee. Extremely disappointing and completely unreliable. I would not recommend this website — you simply cannot trust them.
