You need better and faster customer service. If you dont have the items to ship let the customers know it’s going to take a while to receive the items. And make sure they actually receive it and not wait longer than a month for them to realize it will never arrive. I’ve been trying to get my refund it has been a disappointing experience as well as frustrating. Ruined my c section recovery
