I ordered mummabump instead of the same product from another brand as the ‘postage days’ were expected to be 3-5.
When it got to 5 days and I was in desperate need being 34 weeks pregnant, I emailed to say when it would arrive. I was replied to with ‘sorry it’s been a big month’ and it’s taking 5-7 days. I waited 10 days &emailed back saying it hadn’t come to which I got the SAME email back that was generic & said to look at the tracking. After 14 days. No response to asking for money back.

Paid 25$ for fast shipping and my breast pump and C-section recovery panties and belly belt came 2 weeks late, no refund. The Luna breast pump cannot be refunded and is not working properly. It leaks (most of the time I loose all of my milk by leaking on me) and I pump a ridiculous small amount of milk. Very disappointed and do not recommend the Luna pump. I feel angry with the bad pump design and it's inability to fulfill it's only purpose: help me feed my desperately hungry newborn...
