Had a great experience with Hipshot. I ordered locking tuners and a hard tail bridge. I had to return the tuning machines (my fault, didnā€™t measure properly). So I simply ordered the correct machines and when Hipshot received my returned package, the refund was submitted a few days later. They also notify you every step of the way. Overall very pleasant experience!
