I already told you that it doesn’t work at all on my face. In the advertisement I watched the entire video and you also mentioned that you could put makeup on your face after using Neptune. Unfortunately after applying the Neptune my face was so greasy I couldn’t apply makeup to my face. You also mentioned that you would give a refund with in 60 days of using the product. So I would like a refund of the $80.99 I spent on the product. Please send me a packing slip.

the shopping experience was fine. the order came in a timely fashion. however, when I received the final bill I had paid for an extra jar. It was my own fault for not paying closer attention.
