I never received my original order, even though USPS said it was delivered. When I contacted customer service I received a return email very quickly from Janine Del Socorro. We gave it a few more days but still no package. She sent my order out again by expedited mail and I received the package, at no cost to me! The other one I ordered was for my daughter in case of an emergency. It is not near as loud as I thought it would be to get the attention that we need in case of trouble. we are looking for airhorn loud.They talk it up in the ad and it’s pretty spending to get disappointed when it arrives.
